[Tagging] Deprecation - waterway=riverbank vs water=river

These are pretty small numbers to deprecate a widely used tagging schema,
not?
I wonder how many people still vote for "waterbank" by knowingly using this
tagging scheme over the water tag.

Not all people vote for a tag via the wiki, people also vote for a tag by
simply using it. Even when you exclude people that just use a schema
because the editor forces that upon them.
