The problem is: There are (in Germany, where else) everytime two nodes
for one shop/amenity. That don't discribe the reality, it creates a lot
of modification effort if you want to update openinghours or when the
shop itself is closing.  For complaning - in Germany: You have one
shop/amenity (sometimes a craft also) and this shop/amenity operates the
postal services by themself on behalf. And this isn't a post office, it
is a shop with post services.

You can not tag a shop with an amenity or an amenity with another
amenity - so you need something selfstanding.

I found something like this in paris [1]. For wich (post-)brand this
post-partner operates (in the german area, where I live - it could be
already 5 operators....) - 'brand' and 'wikidata' etc. aren't able to
use because you need it for the shop itself. I know banks, pharmacys
that operate such postal services on behalf. Also a double-tagg with
shop and amenity=post_office is inaccurate - which use predominates....?
I would be happy if you would help me to understand the operating of the
"post_partner" of La Poste -> Is this a shop-in-shop or is it a seperate
desk (if at all). If there are own employees for post services or is
this service operated by e.g. the staff of the supermarket.... The same by "

So I see there two criterials:

Is it an own shop-in-shop / co-located -> own tag as "amenity=post_office"
If the postal service is operated by the shops staff in addition - the
shop itselfs dominate and there is a post_partner

The photos that i know about "post_annex" look like a full post_office.... ?
The things what you know about "Relai poste commerçant" - that i would
add to post_parner (like something like [2])
