  I could say that architect/urban planer can lay bricks (or learn to
do that very quickly, just it will be veeery expensive), but lets
continue with:

  You will have a cathedral on a paper :-)

  I'm not saying that brick layers (or coders) a sparable, not
required, non essential, cheap etc. No. EVERYBODY is required. And you
will probably need more brick layers than architects to build a
cathedral. But we have to understand what is the role of each and what
directs the whole enterprise.
