[Tagging] Deprecation - waterway=riverbank vs water=river

Just to mention that depreciation is a strong word. This is saying that thousands of mapper are wrong. Maybe they are, maybe not. I'm perfectly fine living in doubt, mappers are scarce and I prefer competing tags than competing people, we have nothing to loose.
Let's talk again in five years to see where we are about rivers, there's plenty to map.
