So, as you stated before, these are NOT post offices.  Therefore any tagging
with "post" in it is incorrect.  You keep trying to have it both ways.  You
don't
want to call them post offices but you want to use tag names that imply they
are post offices.  And then you provide all sorts of evidence that they are
actually in competition with Deutsche Post, providing all the services that
Deutsche Post does, which makes them post offices.  And then you deny
that they are post offices.  You keep trying to have it both ways.

Either they are sub-post offices, so tag them as such, or they are not
sub-post offices, so do not create tag names with "post" or "postal" in
them.
