[Tagging] Handicraft shop

This kind of shop (shop=gift) is very common everywhere, but the kind of
products sold there can be anything, from fabricated objects made in
China to local handicraft and all kinds of souvenirs.
If we want to distinguish a souvenir/gift shop from a real handicraft
shop (where people buy stuff not just as souvenirs, but as works of
art), then we need to take advantage of shop=handicraft and document it
in the wiki, stating that it's a shop that sells mainly handcrafted pieces.
