Whatever solution comes out of this request, I strongly advise to
describe it on the wiki with a clear caution to who-ever wants to apply
it in countries where there is legislation or general non-acceptance of
transgender it can endanger peoples lives.
I don't think we want an enthusiastic mapper who is not aware of this to
be held responsible for a doctor or a transgender patient who visits
such a health facility to be lynched by a mob or en-prisoned for life.
Same as it is very delicate to map facilities that provide abortion or
euthanasia services.

In theory, all medical facilities follow informed consent for treating their patients. Except many don't for trans* people, a double standard.³ So what's a good tag? (I searched and I can't find anything now, or did I miss something?)

But I am not sure.

So we can't use `healthcare:speciality=*`, it would have to be a separate tag. As for verifiabilty, you could ask a venue if they follow this system, or they might publish that they do.
