[Tagging] Automatic edit: access=visitors --> access=customers

In my opinion it would be preferable to distinguish between people who
pay normally (access=customers) and people who pay not normally
(access=visitors or access=guest, maybe separated or combined in one
tag). There are places with commercial aims (like companies) and places
with no commercial aims (like universities, which are in my country all
run by states (some by other public entities) or non-profit
organizations. Universities often have parking sites available for
visitors. Another example for visitor parking sites driven without
(direct) commercial interest are ones run by churches or cemeteries.
