[Tagging] Use of highway=track vs highway=service cemeteries, parks, allotment gardens, golf courses, and recreation areas

6m wide? Even if unpaved that would definitely service, unclassified or even residential depending on what it is used for.

The ones I call tracks are between 2m and 3m wide, so narrow that only a single normal width motor vehicle can fit from side to side.
