[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - (man_made=guard_stone)

Hi guys,

thanks to everyone who took part in the discussion for
barrier=guard_stone which was rejected by one vote.

I have now created a modified proposal with man_made=guard_stone,
because that was the consensus amongst the opposing voters. Also,
direction would be only an optional tag.
