[Tagging] RFC 2 - addr:interval

I am opposed to the use of "odd", "even", "all", and anything else other
than a number used for intervals, and will vote against a proposal that
includes these unnecessary non-numeric tags. The only thing that's needed
is a number to indicate the interval, and only when the interval is
something other than one.
