[Tagging] Classifying hospitals (Was: Deprecate healthcare=centre)

Child Psychiatry isn’t a psychiatrist who advertises their mental health
services for children. They are a separate sub-specialty, just like how
pediatricians are different from general practice or family medicine or
internal medicine.
