[Tagging] Deprecate healthcare=centre

Nederland has many health care centres like that, called
"Gezondheidscentra" (Health centres).
Dentists are not usually included, physiotherapists often are.
Lab and imaging are limited, they have cont(r)acts with nearby labs and
hospitals for that.
