I believe these are a different category, places where you can find mostly
doctors, dentists, physiotherapists and those that do primarily or
exclusively probing and analysis and those for imaging. You might find all
together but there are also specialists. If the question is whether we
should have one big tag and do the rest with properties and subtypes (like
e.g. social_facility) or have the subtypes on the toplevel and add the
properties, I think the latter would make more sense. If we can do
everything with properties and do not need subtypes, a single main tag
would be sufficient.
