This thread is supposed to be about Ward in hospital, there is another
thread about healthcare "centres" in general. But I will respond here:

> OK, I will use two nodes inside the building
> Company1 offers: Imaging services (Xrays, RMI; tomography, ultrasound
imaging, ...)

That would be healthcare=medical_imaging

For each service add mri=yes, ct=yes, ultrasound=yes, xray=yes

> Company 2 offers: Poliambulatorio (cardiologia, dermatologia,
gastroenterologia, medicina estetica, ortopedia, otorinolaringoiatria
ecc.), check up, day hospital (no overnight beds)
> This could go as a healthcare=clinic

So this is a multi-specialty practice. I have no problem using
amenity=clinic, but it would be fair to mention that amenity=clinic also
has a rather broad meaning: it can be anything from a small clinic with a
couple of GPs, to a large multi-specialty clinic with many different
doctors practices.

If you want to make a new tag, healthcare=multispecialty might be useful
for a facility that has a bunch of different specialties, instead of
primary care. Or healthcare=multispeciality_clinic?
