[Tagging] How to tag a street plaque?

Hi there.

This question just came up in the Portuguese Telegram channel and I
found no satisfactory answer to it.
How to tag street plaques like these?

Note that they all have the street name, but also some more information
about the person, like profession, date of birth/death, etc.


There are these two:

but none of them are quite there.

Any suggestions?
