[Tagging] converted_by : discardable ?

Well, with an object count that small, it would be trivial do the edit with
a sparse overpass query into JOSM on a single changeset, no bot required.
Though some would object to the large changeset bounding box, and I do
agree that just changing the wiki would be less work.
