[Tagging] how to tag that it is not advisable to enter a lake

I recently have been to a small lake in the forest. When we arrived there
was already a group of people, one of which entered the lake for a swim.
The others told him it was not advisable because of leeches, so he quickly
left the water. Some minutes later a kid walking barefoot in the shallow
water close to the beach confirmed their presence (he had 2 of them
attached to his feet).

Is this something we can represent in OSM? Is there already tagging for it?
Should the tag be specific (after all, there might be people who don't mind
to have some leeches attached after a swim, AFAIK they are not dangerous)?
