[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - defensive structures

Hello,

A request for comments is now open for the proposal “Defensive structures”.
This proposes the new tags historic=defensive_structure +
defensive_structure=* with specific values for bastions, ravelins and other
structures that may be found in and around historic fortifications.
