[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Rejected - Reworking leisure=bathing_place

I believe this is an important tag and I voted yes, because, like you
said, you presented ways to verify if the place is a bathing place.
Maybe you can be more concise in those "rules" and give them more
emphasis so that the verifiability issue doesn't raise so many doubts again-
