[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Tennis wall

I think this is more feasible and surely also from my side desirable.
When doing this please keep in mind, that in many countries, especially 
less financial powerful countries, the exact size and shape (referring 
as to if its evenly flat, type of surface, has holes or not) as for 
international competitions might not be always strictly adhered to, yet 
those pitches are used, with consensus of the local communities, to play 
"full" matches. So to be as inclusive as possible, take this in 
consideration.
