The set of values that make sense to describe scrub shape will likely 
look different from the shape values used for, say, roofs or lights.

Using different keys (such as roof:shape and light:shape) makes it a lot 
easier to document these different sets of values, to provide specific 
examples, and to make the appropriate suggestions in editing tools.

So I think it the key is a good choice. Including some common values for 
it in the proposal would make it even more useful, but I don't want to 
ask for even more work. :) I hope this iteration of the proposal finally 
goes through!
