You would also need to draw pedestrian ways seperately with the highway=service tagging because you say access=no + bus=yes. So that is not different. And if you look here, you need to connect the highway pedestrians to the platform. You would have to connect highway=busway/service to the platform to. in a bus station you can usually walk to get to the bus, if you restrict access to busses you’d have to map pedestrian access in parallel.
