[Tagging] Is tag leisure=sports_hall suitable for riding halls?

However, far-reaching changes (in the sense of many pages, of a previously used tagging scheme of riding halls apart from sports_hall) in the wiki, should then also go through a proposal there.
It is also about saying that "leisure=pitch + sport=equestrian + building=*" is deprecated.' and so on....
