[Tagging] barrier=kerb + kerb=lowered

There are solutions for such problems. If there are too much tags with
relations between them, there are declarative notations important. Then
the source code has to be generated from a ontology expressed in a
domain specific language. Or the software part who treats the tagging
(looking for correctness, for example) has to be written in a logical
programming language. Maybe there are central repositories needed to
manage such ontologies if the effort gets to high for small software
projects to do it for its own account.

With growing data volume we have to adapt new solutions to handle it.
