[Tagging] Is tag leisure=sports_hall suitable for riding halls?

Expanding on something Martin appeared to hint at earlier, two
coincident objects:

1) leisure=pitch + layer=0
2) building=roof + layer=1

No need for covered=yes, as building=roof implies a covering.
