[Tagging] Contradictory references to landuse=industrial and power=plant in the wiki

Hello

The wiki for the tag landuse=industrial says that "Power generation and
transmission is generally not considered industrial. Use the more specific
power=* tags like power=plant or power=substation for this task."

But it is in the recommended tags section of the wiki for the tag
power=plant as strongly recommended.

These pages should be consistent. Do you think it is necessary or not to
add landuse = industrial to power = plant?
