[Tagging] Contradictory references to landuse=industrial and power=plant in the wiki

Many/most cases of power generation seems clearly industrial to me.
At least for features like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Currant_Creek_Power_Plant.jpg
- distributed wind turbines can be tricky to tag as an area and some
solar plants will not qualify as industrial area, even if generating large amount of power.
"generally not considered industrial" seems wrong for power generation areas,
above 70% of power generation is coal, gas, nuclear and other cases where
production facility is clearly industrial.
power=plant or power=substation IMHO will be typically either in
landuse=industrial or can be tagged also with landuse=industrial
Though I would not describe it as necessary.
