[Tagging] sport without pitch but club : ok or tagging mistake ?

You are clearly mixing things up here.
A club=sport cannot/should not be an amenity=pub at the same time.


You have to make a clear distinction:
club=sport + sport=soccer -> soccer club.
amenity=pub + sport=table_soccer -> a pub, where you can play table soccer.

There will be some sport-related top-tags, that will be associated. But
both data can be marked.

For me: I would solve the problem so:

-> building as clubhouse -> operated by the club (here you can add e.g.
sport=table_soccer, darts,.... or map them seperate)
-> note with club=sport, sport=soccer for the club itself.
