[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - holy well

After a bit of digging, it seems like holy wells are not as important in
cultures outside the Christian and (Neo)-Pagan, so I'm sticking with the
Christian terminology.
If someone knows another word that could replace "saint", please let me
know.

Note there was a recent article on the BBC website about a professor
from Tennessee (of all places) planning to map Northern Irish holy
wells. It seems to be "trending".
