[Tagging] Toll gantries?

Yes, I'd mapped it in the centre of the divided motorway, interpreting "In
the case of multiple gantry structures functioning as one unit only a
single node is necessary, see the below picture" as meaning you only have
one node for the single gantry crossing (in this case) four lanes, two in
each direction?

Should that node also have a layer=1 on it, as otherwise it's effectively
saying this spot is in the middle of the actual roadway!
