You are right, it looks like user Map-Finder fixed the problem before I tried to fix 
it by deleting this:

Which has been wrong for 3 months since
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/108385314

which has the comment: "Updated a only straight on restriction to a no u-turn 
restriction southeast of Koutsopodi."

And changed the turn restriction type without changing the ways involved in the 
restriction.
