[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - (artwork_type=maypole) --first change--

Dear all,

after the first responses, I don't change the key. I have revised the
proposal again and would like to add to the key. And only if the maypole
fulfills certain requirements.I hope this change is more popular.


Proposal:

An additional tagging for Tag:man made=maypole
