[Tagging] Question about waterway=pressurized

I agree with you that there are no rivers in pipelines, but other named
minor waterways, yes, when their water is being pumped into a connecting
waterway that is at a higher level.
Rivers do cross other waterways occasionally in inverted-siphons. A priori
I cannot esclude that the lower, invisible underground part does not take
the form of a pipeline. As I said before, I am now using tunnel=culvert
plus culvert=inverted_siphon.
