True - but (and I'm not sure whether it's the case here) if a building 
was built as a specific type, then "building=creamery" might make sense, 
regardless of whether that's the current use, a bit like 
"building=church" is used on things that were built as churches but are 
no longer used for that.

The only historic creamery that I've come across (East Mids of England - 
Stilton Cheese) I've not explicitly tagged them because although it was 
obvious where the old creamery was it didn't seem an obviously 
"different" building type.
