[Tagging] Viticultural Areas and Appellations

As far as i know, this is not limited to wine, but also cheese, olive
oil, hams etc. Like Aceto balsamico di Modena tradizionale DOP and
Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP (I used to work for an online shop that
sold Italian delicatessen). I'd say that would be difficult to map.
