[Tagging] Viticultural Areas and Appellations

I don't see adding a polygon area of areas. While some are small there are
many that are very large.

If there isn't already a tag, could something like the following be added
to the field?

aoc:name=*
aoc:authority=*
aoc:type=* (type of area - ie wine; cheese;ham;olive_oil)

For the area I'm currently mapping I would add the following to each
vineyard in the AOC.

aoc:name=Red Mountain
aoc:authority=American Viticultural Area
aoc:type=wine

Of course we'd need to use the proper British English for an AOC or DOC.
