[Tagging] War Memorial Walkway & Fence?

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!
This is the area: https://goo.gl/maps/YkTom5TjDPGC2Xwc6, showing the
Centaur Memorial, & two others to it's left above the path. If you swing
around to the right, you can see some of the memorial plaques along the
fence of the lookout.
The whole area is also a designated, named, public park:
https://goo.gl/maps/auQX2dwNxxtV1f2k8, that I think would make it awkward
to map the whole area as a Memorial?
If we mapped the walkway as a memorial area, would it render with the
memorial tag?
