[Tagging] Rehabilitate payment:cards=yes?

Because of the absolutely factual situation of "every possible conceivable method of payment that can be imagined" (and exists), OSM should have some flavor of tag, whether namespaced or not, fully able to express the entire universe of this.

Some places take cash only.  Some take debit cards but not credit cards, some exactly the opposite.  Some take cryptocurrency.  Some will even barter (I've done it; it is especially effective with ounces and fractional ounces of silver, like we've been doing for maybe about 6,000 years).  Some, like a "free store" (fewer and fewer seem to exist; they did more frequently in the 1960s, '70s and even '80s), accept NO payment!  Tag appropriately and accurately, not sloppily because you might believe that things "should" be otherwise.

If you assume "well, it's likely that payment forms are (or aren't) accepted because...", please stop thinking, saying and mapping like that.  OSM needs to be able to express every possible conceivable method of payment, while leaving room in the syntax for what tomorrow will bring, too.  We can do this; we must do this.
