[Tagging] Rehabilitate payment:cards=yes?

Thanks for all comments, I linked this thread in
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:payment#cite_ref-1
so that other people who had similar position to mine and confused 
what is the value in this distinction can see reasoning behind
this recommendation.

I am withdrawing my idea to rehabilitate this tag.
