[Tagging] Trying to create order in cryptocurrency tagging

I recently found a discussion on how to tag crypto currencies on
Reddit and it left me with an impression that we can do better in
providing information.

It seems that a lot of tagging of merchants accepting crypto
currencies is done by targeted people that are enthusiasts in
that area.
While I think we all welcome people coming in and tagging, the
result is a bit of a mixed bag.

One tagger realized for instance that 'Lieferando', a german
company, provides intermediate services and you can order your
food via them at some local restaurant or fast-food. There are
dozens of such companies now. Deliveroo, uber eats, etc. You know
the type.
Now, this specific one accepts crypto payments on their website
and now we see a lot of restaurants in places like Kiel and
Lübeck have a tag stating they accept crypto and a webpage
pointing to the above intermediate company.

What this effectively means is that if you go to the food place
directly, they will have no clue about crypto payments. And as
such I concluded we need a bit more guidance and maybe reminders.
Nothing that a experience tagger will not find a bit obvious to
read.

I went ahead and created a new wiki page (not linked from
anywhere as of yet) and I would like to hear if anything I think
is 'obvious' is in actual fact not so, please go ahead and edit
the page or maybe the talk page.

The goal is that it becomes possible to provide this easy link to
those crypto taggers when you have a changeset that looks like
they could use the suggestions.

Please note that nothing in this page are new rules, no new tags
are suggested, no new methods are suggested. If anything, its the
opposite. It helps avoid common mistakes.

Thank you!
