I see that you edited my proposal page to remove this claim
( see
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Proposed_features/remove_link_to_Wikidata_from_infoboxes&diff=2306358&oldid=2306009
) while continuing to refuse answering what you mean by that.
Are you considering stopping to prominent display of this information
while keeping it stored in data items as an information loss?
Or do you mean something else?
Please, stop editing this proposal page if you refuse to answer that.
----------------------------------------
Also, please stop removing information that you added display of
prominent linking to external project without discussion
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Proposed_features/remove_link_to_Wikidata_from_infoboxes&diff=2306363&oldid=2306362
while demanding strong consensus to remove it.
If you feel that this proposal is bad/misleading/etc then feel free to
post comment on talk page or on OSM diary or on personal blog
or somewhere else then I promise that I will link it prominently.
But please do not remove parts of this page that you dislike because
I criticize something that you added.
----------------------------------------
Wikidata project is not entitled to be promoted in infoboxes on OSM Wiki,
it should be linked there if and only if that is highly useful to describe OSM tagging
and benefits of that explanation outweigh costs.
