[Tagging] RFC: remove alphanumeric code visible in infoboxes at OSM Wiki linking to Wikidata

Andy/pigsonthewing is a long-serving and valued member of the UK
OpenStreetMap community since 2009 as well as a highly experienced
Wikimedian. He would never allow payment for freelance work to influence
his judgement and it is wrong to insinuate this.
