Never seen one, by their nature they need to be places with high
footfall.

Table service seems unlikely. Tables are not assigned to a particular
food outlet so sitting down and waiting is not doing to work.

This is one of the pluses of a food court in that a group can by
different food from different outlets and sit and eat together.

I think the ability to mix is important. If businesses have dedicated
tables then its not a food court, just an area with several outlets.
