Hello,
How would you map the interpretation of the small black traffic sign?
https://img.chmedia.ch/2021/1/6/507a62ed-ecf9-4dca-91d8-7ccea2b42bcb.jpeg
Sign location: Switzerland
The expression is a right-hand drive permission at red lights for cyclists.
The English wiki suggests red_turn:right:bicycle=yes
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Red_turn#Examples
In France, a relation is suggested with restriction:bicycle=give_way
But it's a totally different sign.
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Signalisation_routi%C3%A8re_en_France#Panonceaux_de_type_M
I came across the second one in Switzerland due to a "wrong
turn-restriction" error and wanted to ask if there is a consensus on
this? Would it be correct to tag the sign as a relation like this?

Thank you!
