[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Cash acceptance at PoS

Dear Thibault, Phil, Brian and all,

Thanks for your quick responses! And sorry to have taken up your time.
Indeed, the functionality I proposed turns out to already exist.
I'm new to OSM and I did search for it by going into edit-mode on a shop,
but I didin't see any cash acceptance thingy... And beyond that I didn't
know how to find out all allowed options for a shop / Point of sale. Then I
looked thoroughly in the list of proposals and didn't find anything either.
So I went and made the proposal.

I will adjust the proposal page status accordingly.

Next step would be, to create a website that will depict all PoS that do or
don't accept cash. (Like sunders.uber.space does for CCTV). If you can
provide resources on how to go about that, I would greatly appreciate your
advices!
