[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Cash acceptance at PoS

I suggest using something like MapComplete to create a map like that.
They already have a Shops map but themes can be created to be read-only or
focus only on cash/card as well, it's very customizable.

But yeah, it's best to search the wiki for the tags that might already
exist and if you're not sure, just ask one of the many online openstreetmap
channels how to tag something
