Also, the ruling might differ from country to country. Here in Belgium,
cash is a legitimate method of pay in shops BUT vending machines for
example can be card only. So there's nuances everywhere.
And let's be honest: tourists don't do enough research before their trip.
If they can see it on something osm based, they'll know for certain.
