[Tagging] bicycle traffic is banned in one direction - only on carriageway

looking at it again (as I need to decide on something) I want to propose:

highway=*
cycleway:right=lane
cycleway:right:oneway=no
cycleway:left:oneway=yes

or

highway=*
cycleway:right=lane
cycleway:right:oneway=no
bicycle:left=no
.

What you think about either solution?
