[Tagging] Delete vs Removed LSP?

If you're uncertain about something, then don't add it. If you don't
have local/ground truth knowledge you could be adding false data into OSM.
Assuming third party imagery is accurate is poor mapping & an example of
why i don't like 'tools' such as maproulette.
Add a note to the website asking for local knowledge to check if
something still exists.

How far back should we go? i live in a Roman city. That's a /lot/ of
removed data.
